Day 1: Arrival in Helsinki

Arrival at Helsinki airport and transfer (not included) to your hotel.

Day 2: Free day in Helsinki

Breakfast at the hotel. Make the most of this day to discover what the city has to offer. Art, history and design museums, there’s something for everyone. A shopping spree won’t go amiss either if you’re keen to bring home some made-in-Finland items!

Day 3: Flight (not included) to Rovaniemi and Finnish Lapland

Breakfast at the hotel. On arrival in Rovaniemi, you can take the transfer to your hotel in the city center (included).

Day 4: Reindeer safari

Buffet breakfast. To get your stay in Lapland off to a good start, you’ll set off to meet the reindeer. These animals were of major importance to the Sami people in the days before cars and snowmobiles. Join us on our favorite day to an authentic reindeer safari! Sit comfortably in a sleigh, lay back and take photos of the nature around you ! Reindeer herder has prepared us coffee on campfire with Lappish sweet and he shares his story of life with reindeers.

Included : Winter clothing, transfers, visit to reindeer farm, 1 h reindeer safari, hot drinks with a bun, guiding in English.

Note: Activity not available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Day 5: Snowmobile safari

Buffet breakfast. Today we add a little adrenalin to your holiday. After receiving safety instructions, you’ll set off to explore the countryside on a snowmobile. Please note that a driving licence is required, so please bring it with you on the excursion. This snowmobile adventure offers fantastic opportunity to learn how to master the art of driving a snowmobile. During the safari we stop for a break to enjoy hot drinks and the silence of the wilderness.

Included : Winter clothing, snowmobile instructions and snowmobile safari 2 persons per snowmobile, driving time 1,5  hours, hot drinks with biscuits, guiding.

Day 6: Dog sledding adventure

Buffet breakfast. When you arrive at the kennels, you’ll hear the dogs barking and that can be impressive but rest assured, that’s just the excitement talking! Experience the joy of mushing your own husky team through beautiful winter landscapes! Your guide will show you how to steer the sleigh before the adventure begins. Set off into the snowy wilderness as the eager huskies lead the way, taking you on a ride to remember. After the safari, learn more about these amazing dogs as you hear fascinating facts and stories about huskies while enjoying warm drinks.

 Included : Transfers, winter clothing, about 20-30 min husky ride of 5 km, 2 adults per team, children as passengers in sleigh, hot drinks and biscuits, guiding in English.

Day 7: Departure from Finland

Breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, transfer from your hotel located in the city center to Rovaniemi airport (included).
